Matthew McCullough is a professional in every sense of the word. He assisted me from start to finish with the purchase of my new vehicle. Hie professionalism did not end once I purchased my vehicle. He calls to see if I need any further assistance and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Everyone at Dick Smith Ford was very kind, pleasant and helpful. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time.

The service i got from Ronnie Walrath at Dick Smith Ford was phenominal! I love my truck and I am very glad i didnt have to fight with some greedy salesman. Ronnie worked for me and not his self and I'm sure he will be seeing me in the future!

Hello I was in dire straits with piss poor credit and Mr. Broughton put in over 8 hours that day to insure that I drove away with the vehicle of my choice most dealers would not put half as much effort with a customer that has such a low credit score kudos to Mr. broughton I wish there were more salesmen of his caliber thank you very much Mr. broughton

I found the truck of my dreams on Dicksmith.com and sent in a request for more info. Matt called me not even 15 minutes later and went to a great savings right away. I drove down from greenville that day and picked it up. Thanks Matt

My salesman Nathan Beard was a pleasure to work with. He got my request for quote from the Internet and called me in 5 minutes. He ask me a little about my trade and I told him all he needed to know. He made me a trade offer over the phone and gave me a sales price on the truck I had selected. I got to the Dealership by 4:00PM. He had all of the paperwork ready and all he needed was my signature. Kyle Willson, with Dick Smith has always been Kyle Willson, with Dick Smith has always been professional, polite and fair. A huge difference from what I experienced from another local Ford service department. When I first contacted Kyle he worked to get the previous warrantee work covered at Dick Smith. Dick Smith service department found and corrected the problem in fifteen minutes that the other local Ford dealership couldn't find after three tries over three weeks. Sincerely, Ken

I met Eric Basiliere on an early week morning and told him I needed a car for my daughter, told him the price range and he pointed us out to our selection that would meet our budget. He gave us such a good deal that we were under our price range so we actually ended up with a bigger car. I was so pleased with the way Eric does business and how great he is with customers.
