Best Experience Ever! This was by far the best experience I have had with a car dealership. This is my third Hyundai, but it is the first one I have purchased from Dick Smith Hyundai. I cannot imagine that I will go to any other Hyundai dealer in the future. Lance Hammontree was efficient, knowledgeable and fair. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Excellent dealership This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! Ramsey did an excellent job of discussing what I was looking for and I never felt pressured. I drove a couple of different models before making my decision. Awesome experience from sales, to financing and driving out the door.

Over the TOP service!!!!! I recently helped my elderly parents purchase a new car from Dick Smith Hyundai. Lance Hammontree was the sales representative assisting us. This was done over the phone 1200 miles away. Upon arriving at the dealership my parents were treated above and beyond anything expected by Lance and the staff. Great customer serivces Lance answer all my question and fit all needs. He did everything he could do to help me get the car I wanted. I was in a bad APR and lance turn it all and made it all better I walk out with a brand new car and a better APR then I was in before. GREAT SERIVCES, GREAT PERSON!!!!!!
