Great Service On My 2019 Nissan Rouge
Quick quality service! Daniel George treat me like family!
Everyone I dealt with was really nice, but whoever did the actual work left black rubber residue on the inside of my windshield in several places. There was a sweaty, greasy arm print on the inside of my driver's side window, and for the first time in all the years I've taken my car there, they didn't run it through the car wash. My air conditioner seems to be working now so I'm happy about that. I just don't think the service was what I'm used to getting here.

My experience was very good.
I don't like that if I'm presently at the dealership why can't I schedule appointment for my other car while I'm there. It hurt my feeling being given a number to call for scheduling. Something people like to do in person. The gentlemen who waited on me was very nice and friendly. But again I like to be able to handle all my business in person , Not over the phone. With on of my cars BMW they have to order the oil filter ahead of time. I can't just take it in. Please cancel the third party scheduling.
They were very clear about what was going on and performed a quick and thorough service. Washed car too
