Service was great and done within the time frame that I was told
Having my Roque repaired at the northeast location was a very pleasant experience. The service advisor Ricardo was very helpful and kept me in the loop as to what to expect.
They were very professional and accommodating. The shuttle driver was very courteous.
It was great (Katlyn), but the technician didnt not screw in my shield properly. I had to return Monday to have it fixed. Katlyn got me right in.

They give your vehicle a thorough inspection from top to bottom. Since I only had the car four months, I did agree that the wipers need changing as the place I bought the car from change them for me.
Terrific! They were able to patch my tire without a huge expense to my budget. Thought I was going have to buy a new tire. Thanks Rick for your professionalism!
