Excellent great customer service
The car service was great, but the wait time was disappointing. I had an appointment for service but it seems walk-ins were given priority for their servicing. Why make an appointment if I'm told I would have to wait over an hour for my appointment? Luckily I live close so I could just go back home, but what if I lived a distance? Time management is important to everyone! Walk-in customers should have to wait their turn in between appointments! D. Owens
