The service was excellent in all aspects: the mechanic resolved all issues, it was scheduled and completed in a reasonable amount of time, transportation was included, the price of the service was very reasonable.
The service rep was professional, service took about an hour.
In and out fast. April had all paperwork ready and answered questions she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Waiting room had drinks and snacks and was very clean.
I had a very good experience as usual. Service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was explained and performed in a timely manner.
Accomodated my last minute call for regular service. They were courteous, and efficient as always.

She always take time, to show and explain everything thats being serviced, she recommend needed services, shes honest about wants important and keeps me informed about upcoming, future services and the timeframe. April always say, I don't want you to come into the shop and be surprised, when you come back for my next visit.
