They were unable to determine where the coolant smell is originating. It needs to be pressure tested to determine if a leak exists. Also did not correct squeaky driver side window ...squeaks when its wet, either up or down. Otherwise, great service and professionalism. Very good customer experience.

After purchasing the car the detail cshop had left for the day so I had to bring it back the next day. I showed up at 9 the following morning and waited an hour for my car and was returned what I thought was a detailed car. When I got home and opened the doors everything was filthy with water and dirt run off. It appears that all that was done is the car was run through a car wash with a thin coat off wax. And I waited an hour plus for a 10 min car wash.

The actual service requested was tire balancing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. However, the tires are actually worse now than they were prior to the service. I will have to go to a tire balancing expert elsewhere to get the problem corrected. But, I will say they did a good job washing the car. Addendum 8/24/16...ever since the first service there is a strong coolant odor from outside the vehicle; it does not enter through vent system. It was checked on 8/13/16, said no leak was found.
