This was a big service on my suspension (my car is seven, going on eight years old) and I'm told that at this age this is a normal thing that must be done. DSM did an outstanding job, and I was told it would take two hours, and it took two hours and no more. Thank you DSM!
They were courteous when I checked in the waiting room was was clean, coffee, and other drinks available and when they were finished, I was surprised to see my car was cleaned and washed

Professional Staff. Service didn't take long. Waiting room was very comfortable and offered hot coffee and snacks during the wait. Staff kept me updated on the progress of my car and recommendations.

Great service from the receiving staff, however I didn't like the fact that my belongings were dumped out of my glovebox and left on the floorother than that, great service.
I had an excellent experience everyone was verry knowledgeable and professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process I would highly recommend them for vehicle service
