This was my first visit to Dickey Dental and I was very pleased and impressed by the professional manner of all employees. I was happy to meet Dr. Dickey, he was very thorough with my exam, something not all dentists provide any more. It felt like he cared. We followed our hygienist Maylynda Williams to this practice, she is the perfect hygienist.
Dr.Dickey and his team are very professional while making you feel like family. You are not just a patient, you are a friend. They always check on you the next morning to make sure you are doing well after a procedure. I am so glad I am a patient of Dr. Dickey and his team!!!!
As usual, the staff at Dickey Dental took care of me, quickly, with no pain and lots of compassion and humor. I felt a tiny hole in two of my teeth and went in to get them checked out. Turned out they were the beginnings of cavities. Dr. Dickey and his staff worked through their lunch (?) to squeeze me in and fixed the issues, cleaning out a bit of decay that had started and putting tiny fillings in. I have been going to Dr. Dicky's office for about 3 years now and my teeth have improved and so hag I with my habits of cleaning. The staff are so kind and help you with anything you need. They are knowledgeable with teeth care and are patient and kind with all their patients. I use to hate going to the dentist and quit for about 4 years before going to Dicky Dental and what a perfect decision I made. Thank you Dr. Dickey and Staff for all the great work you do.
