It was a pleasant surprise being our first stop of vehicle shopping! The word I would use for Diffee is exceptional! I dropped in on a Saturday after the service department had closed with problems with my car. Lane was so accommodating and got me a loaner car so I could leave my car. My grandson was with me and we wanted to look at a Maverick. Aaron showed us 3 and we drove one. Loved the Maverick.
