Well this is my third car I bought from diffee in El Reno and everyone treats you good, they smile they say hi, they help you as best they can. They look over at what you're wanting to buy make sure it's in good running order. And they will help find a car for you that best fits your needs. I am now driving a Ford edge I got big payments because of my credit score dropping lower but that'll get back up again and after a year John said he will refinance making my payments lower which I can't wait. Our experience with Diffee has always been great! Ronnie Porter has been our sales rep for many years and his experience has always been helpful. Our recent purchase of a Lincoln aviator was great! They go above and beyond to make sure the “hunt for the right car” is plentiful and John in financial department always helpful to make everything flow smoothly! The personal attention even after the sale keeps us coming back and referring our friends and relatives! The Diffee group is the best!
Found my new vehicle while searching on line. Contacted dealership by email and got a phone call within 30 minutes. Had tried working with three other dealers and knew what I wanted and needed in the deal. The sales associate asked what I needed from my trade and after sending pictures they came back with a figure HIGHER than I thought I needed! Deal done and drove 140 miles the next day to trade cars.
