GM … I have been going here for years with good experiences, but this time my gums were still sore the next day from what I believe the dental hygienist was a little rough when using the dental floss. My gums are much better now but definitely not a pleasant experience. Thanks for following up with the survey … Thx!
Wonderful experience. As a military spouse alone with my 3 children, I felt like their safety and caring was their top priority as well as my time. We were all seen almost immediately after checking in for our cleaning. Each child and myself had a dedicated room for ease of comfort and to be quickly seen.
Dr. Hughes and Hannah were awesome. They explained everything thoroughly and were super nice. Checking in was a breeze and the lady doing that was friendly and happy. The lady at the discharge station was also very pleasant. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office.
A pleasant experience as always. Staff was super professional and super friendly. I don't recall the name of who did my procedure today but she was an absolute joy. No matter how we are, cleanings are not always our favorite thing to have done but since I've been at this particular office, I enjoy. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos!!!!!
I was early to my appointment today, so I was observing the interaction between the staff and the clients. Each person was treated with respect and kindness in a very professional manner. This was only my second visit but they remembered me and my wife. My dental tech was efficient and had everything in order before the Dentist came in to perform my procedure. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.
