Everything in the dental experience seems to me that comes down to CUSTOMER SERVICE. And in that regard, DFD doctors, assistants and front staff excel at. I trust them and recommend them.

Receptionist was helpful clarifying my insurance changes to let me know I was in network for coverage. Hygienist Debbie was terrific as usual. She also helped me identify a canker sore inside my lip. She helped speed up the healing process by pulsating a laser on it. I declined to see Dentist due to no current issues. I really value the staff and thoroughness of the process each time I have an appointment.
I came down with a sudden toothache and called the office promptly at 8:00 am. The staff was wonderful and squeezed me in with Dr Jungman that morning. After a thorough exam, Dr Jungman presented me with several treatment options and encouraged me to contact my local dentist prior to deciding. My decision was to do a root canal which completely relived the symptoms. Dr. Jungman was very patient and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him and his staff for any of your dental needs

I am so in love with this dental office! They are amazing! Squeeze me in even when I was late, help me in all my teeth crisises, explain all the insurance stuff to me! Totally found my dentist!
