RecommendedI love doing business with Dillon’s Automotive (as much as you can love paying for car repairs 😜). They are very courteous, service wait times are quick, and the lounge where you wait is clean and comfortable (no service department smells or pneumatic drill noises seeping into the waiting area!). I feel that their prices are very fair and competitive in the market. I highly recommend Dillon’s Automotive location@ Katy Gaston/ Fry Road across from Seven Lakes Junior High.
I sent my son here after he experienced an oil change at another garage near us. I asked him to be sure and tell them all of the things the other shop said he needed done. He was surprised when Dillon’s told him he didn’t necessarily need most of the things done and that one in particular was not even possible! Totally trust the guys at Dillon’s and now my son knows why!!!
I’ve been using Dillon’s Automotive every sense we moved to Katy. They’ve always gone out of their way for thier costumers. They have a shuttle service if you need to be taken somewhere while your vehicle is being worked on. If they find something that could b a problem to you while your driving the vehicle they tell you about it. They’ve always done quality work for my family. Always great work. The staff is clean and professional. I would say that they need to be more transparent with their estimates. I called to get an estimate for a break job, I was told the pricing was $250.00 per axle plus tax. When I received my bill, I was charged in additional $35.00 for shop supplies and $15.00 in credit card fees. That's an extra $50.00 that I was not told about. I'm a new customer but they sent a technician to my house to check my car out before I drove it. Really appreciate that kind of service.
I have used this shop for tire rotation once. When I called they said it would take 30 min. I had to wait 50 minutes with only one more person waiting. After I left I noticed the maintenance required light was still lit. I had to return to the shop and asked to clear the light. After waiting for 5 more min I gave up and left. With all the positive reviews mine may stand out but it was my personal experience. May be it was just a bad day at Dillion's.
