I was unsure about a repair estimate I received from another mechanic. My neighbor recommended I go to Dillon. Glad I did. Dillon said the $800 repair was not necessary. Dillon looks long term which is very wise business sense. This week I took my truck in & was not sure if I needed brake work done or not. Dillon could have said YES & I probably would have not questioned it. They said it was not necessary.
I highly recommend Dillon's Automotive. I started going to the after realizing the Chevy dealership was not addressing my car issues properly. I have found Dillon's to be honest, fair, and timely. I do recommend dropping your vehicle off early in the morning.
That’s THE place to go in Katy to have your car taken care of. Very friendly, very transparent. You get a detailed breakdown of your expected cost, you discuss it in detail. You get a recommendation of what is essential and what can wait. And once you approve, the repairs are done swiftly and with very high quality. An A++ experience !!

I had the AC repaired on my 2017 Audi A4. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and explained things thoroughly. The prices are fair and honest. I received quotes from three other auto repair shops. Dillon’s is right in line with their competitors, but with five star service!!
