Walked in today and it feels like a warm place to be. Everyone is so helpful and caring. You are greeted by everyone and the staff is efficient and willing to do whatever is needed. This comes from good management.

All five stars are for the amazing customer service. I opened my bank today with Judith (Judy) and she was incredible! So kind, efficient, and funny. She really made me proud of my choice in bank! Even other employees would join our conversation and they were so kind as well. I was referred by my mom so the two of us got free beach chairs! This was a great experience. I look forward to banking here in the future
It's convenient,plenty of tellers and customer service people but people get too chatty with the tellers.Everyoe who works there is very nice.
Customer service is very good. Very attentive, relationship banker Maria Schmidt! It was necessary to spend a lot of time so Maria made it more pleasant. Interest rates here seem decent, at least for my electronically challenged mother!
It's an "old" bank in the sense that you don't have these unbreakable blastic barricades in front of the tellers. It's in the corner of a strip mall on a busy part of 86th street and parking might be tough because of the grocery store, otherwise no problems.
The worst branch ever. I only went there because my branch is temporarily closed. I waited on line for 40min being the 5th person on it. There's only 1 teller open who takes her sweet time while 3-4 other workers are just hanging around. One has her ear plugs in taking a personal call while the others are just hanging out. One customer complained to the teller that they're taking so long to do a transaction and her and the manager both yell at him saying he don't understand. The slowest service EVER!! One teller and a line full of people. Other workers are just watching us get impatient. It's not the first time and I doubt it'll be the last.
I agree with both of the previous posts and would like to add the fact that even though the system doesn't go down once a week, you run into times where you try using your debit card and it's denied. It's their cheap system. I would also like to add to Rich P's comment about the manager, who was rude when my account was compromised during hurricane sandy. She is just a nasty individual who wasn't helpful at all and tries to turn it around on you as if it were your fault.
