At this point, if I could list negative stars, I would. Let me start with a short background. My husband just retired after 20 years in the Army, and with 10+ military moves around the world (overseas included), we've never had a worse experience than our recent move from Tucson AZ to Clarksville MD. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and professional, Scott Krentz, and was great to work with. That's where the "good" experience stopped. Although the movers arrived during the “time slot” for pick up, things quickly went wrong at drop off. Richard S., Alberto R., and Daniel were very helpful in the beginning of the move; little did I know they would be stealing right under my nose. To start, they arrived at the new house for delivery an hour and fifteen minutes AFTER the designated meet time. Should rename themselves Dirk’s sling and destroy. We moved about three blocks and had more damage and destruction than we had moving across country. I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but as I try to dig through the total chaos they left in our new garage, finding more and more broken items and irreplaceable family heirlooms I’m pretty pissed.

Offerpad hired this company to move my belongings on November 11th. My husband did a video walk through of our 2300 square foot home, which also included moving a large outdoor grill, with mobile bar. Matt was very friendly said it would be no problem to do our move. When they showed up Saturday morning with a "bobtail" @ 0830 my husband was told that all of our belongings would not fit and they would only take one truck load. You aren't even worth THAT ONE star. We discussed up front my moving needs at my initial appointment and then sent unprofessional movers that left the job without moving ONE BOX to the new place. I find this situation ridiculous and I spoke to Marcy a lot. She knew what was going on and I guess a signed contract means nothing to your company.
