Steve, the driver, was amazing. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Angie followed up all the time and was great. Everyone did what they said they would do. That means a lot to me. The process could not have been better. I will always use and recommend Mayflower. Thanks.

Great experience moving is so stressful especially across the country. Dirck's quoted a fair rate their driver was there on time for the pickup and the crew was great that loaded the truck. When I got to my destination the truck was there exactly as promised and the crew that unloaded the truck was great, quick, and respectful. I would recommend Dirck's to anyone if they needed to move.

Thank you for the fantastic service provided by your team. Moving is one of the most stressful undertakings, but your crew made it a walk in the park. Every appointment and promise was kept, our stuff was handled with care even under some very trying circumstances (specifically a huge desk - Trevor and Marco are superhuman!), and no request was too trivial. We’re still amazed that it’s over, it went so smoothly

The moving process was well managed from estimate and review at our home, packing and loading in AZ. The crew was competent, clean and efficient. The driver kept us informed on the drive east. Due to rain we had to postpone unloading for a day- - his suggestion. The local help for unloading was a terrific young man. All items placed where we wanted. We're glad we used Dircks Moving.

Working with the staff at Dircks was fantastic. Everything was done on-time and professionally, as promised. They managed our packing, storage and move from Los Angeles to Scottsdale without a single issue. The communication was excellent. Marcy, our account coordinator, was wonderful. She returned my calls almost immediately. She was extremely proactive in keeping us informed, and had great follow-up in checking to make sure each step had been completed to our satisfaction.

Mike, the estimator, was my first experience with Dircks. He is a great member of the team and assisted in any way he could. Very personable and responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Angie, the move coordinator, managed the delivery with ease. She was always in contact and never missed a beat. The delivery driver was great as well. I am very satisfied with Dircks and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for excellent service!

This was the best moving experience we have ever had and we have moved multiple times with other carriers! The Mayflower drivers Gary and Donna were the most conscientious, caring and personable. They made us feel like family! No detail was too large or too small. In addition, Marcy Ehrlich, National Account Coordinator in Phoenix planned our entire move step by step and she was meticulous about every detail and checked in with us at every step of the way to see if we had any questions or concerns.
