Victor and Eric were out today to work on our water damage from water heaters. They laid down plywood floor and also found wetness in insulation under the mobile home. They removed wet insulation and left a heater to dry the insulation. They’ll be back in a few days to check dryness.When it’s dry they do construction, adding new drywall and flooring. They explained what they did today and the next steps very clearly. They worked quickly and carefully without disturbing us.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. After a minor fire, we trusted this company to clean our belongings. Not only did many items come back in worse condition, but our antique couches—sentimental pieces we’ve had for years—were severely damaged. When we raised the issue, they refused to take ownership and offered a refund far below what it would cost to repair or replace the items. They seemed more interested in protecting themselves than helping their customer. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
Warning: Poor Customer Service and Damaged Items We hired DKI for a mild cleanup, trusting them to handle our household items professionally. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. They took all of our belongings for cleaning, and when returned, many items were damaged or missing.
