Dr Dawson is very thorough. Listens to my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him.
I've known Dr Doane for 20 years. After a ton of research I chose him to do the Lasik procedure on both of my eyes in January of 2000. He has taken good care of my eyes ever since. He is smart, compassionate and professional. I have recommended him to many of my friends. They all experience exceptional care.
I finally learned why it takes so long after the nurse applies the drops to dilate my eye before the doctor comes in. It takes 10 minutes for the stuff to work. Nobody ever told me that before. As usual, Dr. Dawson gave me a good examination, showed me the pictures they took of the retina, explained what I was seeing and told me that things were doing very well. On my next visit, Dr. Singh, the surgeon, will evaluate the results of the surgery.
Dr Dawson is an excellent communicator who cares about his patients. I would have no problem in recommending him to my friends or relatives.
It was a routine annual checkup. Dr. Doane was my surgeon for Lasik & cataract surgeries, & I trust him implicitly. His bedside manner is the best ever, and he's honest as far as risks and outcomes. I'll be sorry not to be seeing him for routine checks, but freeing him for surgery means more patients to benefit from his skill.
