Yes, I recommend to family members and friends. Dr. Dawson knows his stuff, is friendly and caring. Whole experience at the Independence Discover Vision was friendly and efficient.
I enjoy the personal touch of Dr. Tovey. We are conversant in many things during the eye exam and treatment. He is very transparent with me as to the eyes and their diseases and the effects of diabetes on my vision. He has become a friend, and not just a doctor.
