I’ve been going to Discover for years and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. They were quick, efficient and helpful. The front desk lady was great and had helpful information. The tech/assistant was thorough & efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable, gave good information, thorough and nice. This was the first time at this location, but I would typically have to wait a good 20 min place at another location & my wait was about 3 minutes today.
My experience was exceptional at Legends Discover Vision! Despite my appointment taking some time, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They are a little short staffed but besides that they are super happy to be there. It seems like a wonderful environment to work.
Changes in our work insurance plan caused us to find Discover Vision and Dr Hillner. Fantastic experience all around. Everyone from greeting to leaving was very polite, pleasant, and professional! I’m seeing better than I have for years! Also had two interns that were remarkable. Dr Hillner was extremely patient and kind and seemed to truly go out of her way to make sure my vision was the best it could be. My eyesight has not been great my entire adult life and she was determined to change that and she did!
The Legends office of Discover Vision is amazing. From the check in desk to Dr Hillner & her staff, I always receive excellent care. I have both macular degeneration & glaucoma & they test me regularly & keep on top of my problems. You just can't get better care anywhere.
The staff is very friendly. The new quarters make you feel right at home. Dr. Jackson is a very caring person that will go to any extreme to find the problem and fix it. His assistant was very well informed of my situation, and he was very helpful. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Jackson for their help. I will refer others to him.
