I went to Discover Vision because I was having a problem with my right eye. I had never been to Discover Vision before . When I arrived I was met by a very pleasant young lady. She helped me to get checked in. I waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes maybe. I was going to see a Dr. Jackson. His assistant was very professional and when she was finished with her exam Dr.Jackson came in. He introduced himself to me asked me a few questions than he started his on examination. I had a wonderful experience at my visit with Discover Vision. The front office staff greeted me and was very professional. I had a complete eye exam. My tech De’anne was very kind and professional as she talked through the process while conducting the exam. Dr. Pate was excellent and professional as he explained what I needed and prescribed my script. I purchased a nice pair of glasses and received nothing but kindness from everyone I encountered at Discover.
What a wonderful experience! The doctor took so much time with me trying to get the perfect contacts for my eye condition. I have never had that much concern from an optometrist to get it done right the first time. I am so incredibly thankful I switched and grateful that I can actually wear contacts and see! Staff was nice and experienced. Would recommend 100%
I was very satisfied with my pre-op appointment I had everyone from the front desk to my eye examination and the doctor was very courteous and polite. Dr. Jackson was very patient in explaining the surgery to me and answering questions that I was concerned about also Karissa was very helpful in going over the instructions of that I needed to follow before surgery and told me to contact her anytime I have more questions. I will recommend that office to my family & friends, felt very comfortable with the staff 100%
Dr Pate is a great guy. He takes time in answering and explaining any questions. He is in the Northland. Good service. You can get your eye exam and eyeglasses at the same time if appt. One stop shop.
