All staff made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, kind and gracious.
I had to wait 40 minutes after my eye exam for the head doctor to arrive and do his test and proclaim everything was fine. And it was really cold in there.
Girl at desk are super nice, Dr Pate is a sweetheart and I appriciate getting me in with my issue with my eyes.
Discover Vision Center has a Great many people that are so helpful and very nice. Cannot say enough about them being so good to people... Thank you
The doctor and his assistant were friendly and explained things well. The ladies in the glasses section were very nice and helped me in choosing new glasses.

The staff is always very courteous. I had been rear ended right before by scheduled appointment. I called and said I would be a few minutes late. There was no negative response from the person answering my call.
