the male nurse anesthestest was a little rude and the pre-op nurse kept excusing herself to go speak with another nurse in black. I felt very hurried and just their. No one ever got my name correct either. Tje post op nurse was great.
I went in for minor eye surgery for a cyst removal. Dr. Jefferson and the Surgical team were fantastics. Very personable, courteous and went out of their way to make my surgery a success. Highly recommend them!

I really like Dr. Jackson. He is articulate and gets right to the point without making you feel rushed; I love bottom line people.
I liked the friendliness of the staff, but there was way more waiting than was necessary. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting.
Very Efficient. Less Than 5 Minute Wait For Appointment. Then Only Minutes Between Assistant And Dr Jackson. Very Pleased.
Convenient location, good prices, customer service from office personnel is TERRIBLE, though. Very curt and unprofessional reception and check-out.
