Everyone is so friendly. I have had to go several times this year and each time they are concerned and considerate.
I followed Dr Hagan to Discover Vision - and have not been disappointed. Scheduling is fast and easy. Wait times are minimal. And going through the various stages of the exam itself are done in a quick rotation.
Discover is wonderful! From the scheduling staff, that has a "make it work attitude", to the docs assistants who are professional and friendly, to the RN's in the pre-op and post op areas who totally put me at ease, to the docs…
Excellent experience. The staff was amazingly friendly and supportive. The assistant (Jen) was fantastic and put me at ease quickly. The doctor was very comforting and explained all the options for my situation.

At Discover Vision I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I entered the lobby. I was checked in they had the chart ready and my wait was very short.
I am always satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff and Optometrists who assist me when I go to Discover. I have suggested them to many of my coworkers, and will continue on as a customer of theirs!
