Courteous, pleasant staff. The professionalism of the front desk staff could be better. The wait time for scheduled appointments is quite long, it would be better if they could stay closer to the agreed upon time.
I was in and out in under twenty minutes. Everyone was professional.
The docs and staff at the centers are always on the same page, which is a very comforting factor for a patient. There has never been a question I have asked that has not been answered to my satisfaction, and the personalities of the staff…
