The experience was a well orchestrated team effort yet delivered in such a way that i never felt i lost my individual identity.
The staff and Doctor's will treat you like you are a vauled customer. Only issued I have had is with understanding their billing process. I intend to request a meeting with the billing staff soon to try and get answers to my questions.
I think the level of care and knowledge and professionalism of the doctors and in the optometry division is exceptional.
