Been going to Dr.Hagen III for a long time and I love how he cares for his patients. The reception desk is friendly and efficient also the check out desk. I make my appointments a year ahead and always get timely reminders.
Friendly, clean and excellent doctors.
Dr. Dixon is the best! He provides a thorough exam and takes the time to answer questions. I never feel like I am getting an assembly line or timed exam. I would highly recommend him.
TERRIBLE customer service by all. When I walked off the elevator into the reception area, no one greeted me or instructed me what to do. I even walked up to the counter and the girl didn't acknowledge me though she wasn't on the phone or…
Registration was a bit clumsy and I waited longer to see the doctor then I desire but the level of teaching and honesty was worth every minute if the wait even when I didn't want to hear what he said. I would definitely go back!
Enjoyed talking with the doctor. He declined things well. The tech that did the preliminary tests was awesome as well.
