They were very accommodating to my needs.
I had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, they had not entered it into their system. I had to wait about an hour to be "worked in". The appointment was made at the time of my checkout at my previous appointment.
Dr. Butcher always shows a caring attitude toward his patients. He spends the time to ensure the best care and follow up. My husband, parents and sister all go to him as well and think very highly of him.
Dr. Lile is a wonderful eye Dr. and he always has excellent staff that works for him. Five of us go to him in our family.
