This is by far the best dentist and dentist office I have ever been to. Shandley is the best Hygienist I have ever had. She is so gentle and informative and thorough and she’s also so sweet and fun to be around. I got a deep cleaning today and I felt like I was hanging out with one of my best friends. My tooth started hurting in the middle of the night - i called First thing when they opened and the office staff was so friendly and helpful. The staff was able to get me in the same day! After taking an xray, Dr. DiStefano let me know I needed a root canal - the staff helped me get everything set up, filed my dental insurance and contacted the appropriate Dr. to perform the root canal - then they let me know I could return for the crown same day as the root canal. Since I moved here in Longview this is the best dentist in Longview! The dentist and the staff are professional and nice as ever with a smile just awesome! I love this office I recommend anyone to come join practice trust and believe you will not want to see another dentist
I called to get established as a new patient. I needed my teeth cleaned and my current dentist didn't have any appts available until August. So, I called Dr. DiStefano and they made me an appt for the very next day! Everyone was so nice. I will be switching permanently to this wonderful office! Great staff, very accommodating, very nice dentist. I would recommend 10/10 to my family and friends!
I had my first visit with Dr. DiStefano today and I cannot say enough good things about this office...Jaime & Stephanie made the check-in/check-out process so quick & easy...Shandley the dental hygentist did a thorough x-ray & initial evaluation and listened to all my concerns/questions...Dr. DiStefano developed a game plan for me and was very professional. Going to the dentist is never "fun" but when you need a good dentist with a staff that genuinely cares about their patients this is the place to go👍
