Attentive, friendly and trustworthy! As always I was met at the front desk with a friendly smile and my needs were attended to very quickly. Unfortunately this visit was a result of a tooth issue and the office had to be called on a Sunday. The staff again was very kind and followed up exactly as she told me she would. With a gently hand Dr. Lane examined and explained clearly what the next steps would be. I was referred to endodontics who were as skilled and friendly as Dr. Lane. I am happy to say all is well now! As good as any dental appointment I can remember Dr. Lane explained procedure in detail and fully outlined after-care required. All costs were outlined in advance of the visit. Wish I had found this practice a long time ago..

Long Time Patient & Oral Cancer Survivor Your practice is always awesome. Carrie is my hygienist and long term friend. She is both technically superior as a hygienist and she has terrific people skills. Dr. Zak also saw me today and provided an oral cancer screening. He is terrific. Dr. Curley is typically who I see, and he like Dr. Zak provide superior care. I always enjoy my experience with Dr. Zak and his assistants To be honest, however, the high expense of treatment might make me move to another, smaller dentist in the future just for upkeep. I hate to leave Dr. Zak and Dr. Cohen, but on my fixed income, I just can't swing such high expenses continuing. I am, however, extremely pleased with the wonderful treatment Dr. Zak's complete office staff and dental staff have given me over the past couple of years, and I am very grateful for their care at a time of extreme need.. I've been a patient of Dr. Lane for many years. I feel like I've come to visit my family on each visit and receive such a personal welcome from the time I enter. I've been fortunate to have Carrie Padgett as my hygienist for most of the years and she has become a caring and loving friend and a professional in every way. Checking out is always a pleasure with the smiling ladies at the desk, even when they tell me what I owe them.

Professional Staff The staff is extremely respectful and professional. The patient feels warm and welcome :) When checking out at the cashier, the patient should have the opportunity to review all individual charges, that are associated with the day's total fee, prior to the credit card being run, rather than just the grand total.
