Appointment on time, great clinical service and a high level of customer service delivered, as always My appointment was on time and a high level of clinical service and friendly customer services was expressed, as always. My hygienist Sarah Folan, RDH, was very professional, with great clinical skills, great interpersonal skills and a pleasure to speak with.
Real pros! Dr. Zak and his assistant were very pleasant and performed their services with aplomb and professionalism. I was in and out in no time and was very pleased with the results of repairing my chipped veneer. They even fixed my splint to make it more comfortable and didn't berate me for discontinuing its use, but diplomatically reminded me of the importance of using it. All in all, a geat dental experienced (if there can be such a thing)!
High quality service, professional, friendly, helpful I had a cleaning today with Jill. It's been 4 years since my last cleaning! It was absolutely painless! I received good instructions as to how to best clean my teeth with no lecture and no guilt...and no pressure to sign up for treatments that were recommended or that I specifically asked about. Dr Zak Saves the Day I had a canker sore in the back of my mouth and needed it taken care of ASAP. As always, Dr Zak and the staff at LC&Z worked me in, fixed the issue, and had me out the door in 15 minutes. What makes LC&Z special is that they are always there for you when you need them. I've never once been disappointed in 10 years of coming here. Thank you!
Great Dental Office I've been using them for 16 years or more. They are friendly, polite and GENTLE. Rarely do I have to wait to be seen and if I do wait their office has lots of comfy seating. I've had the same hygienist for all the years I've been going and she is fantastic. Today was my six month cleaning with Liz and she did a wonderful job.
