First half visit for getting a crown I was not looking forward to this visit but I have to admit that it was the best it could have been. Dr. Zak and his staff were kind and considerate and put me at ease when they knew I was not looking forward to the 2 hours in the chair to get prepared for a crown. This includes the receptionist, his assistant Pam, Dr. Zak and the scheduling lady as I was leaving.
