Happy to call it home I'm happy to call Distict Of Williamsburg home. Recently having just signed my 3ed lease. I intend to live here until I'm able to buy a home of my own. Can't forget to say,"Thank You" to Angela in the rental office. She has gone above and beyond her job description trying to help me in times I've needed assistance. I'd recommend living at the District of Williamsburg to anyone that's looking for a quiet and safe place to move their family to.
Affordable housing and great customer service I love working with staff at the District, they are very friendly.
Place called home I love it here. Love all the renovations they have done. Management is on top of stufff. If u talk to them they work with you. I live in one of the renovated apartments and absolutely love it. The new management team is on top of stuff.
Great home I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I can only imagine how much I am going to enjoy the new renovations.

Good and getting even better I've had a good experience with the new management and they're working to improve the facilities and properties. I live in one of the apartments that hasn't been renovated yet and it had a few issues. Andre and the maintenance team have been great, they have fixed every issue within two days of me putting in a maintenance request and are super friendly. I'm happy to live here.

Williamsburg's Hidden Gem I'm a current resident, of over 2 years, and I couldn't be happier. The new management has been on top of everything and the property is now being renovated! I have the pleasure of living in one of the newly renovated townhomes and it's gorgeous! Quiet, clean, and affordable!

GREAT COMMUNITY With all the renovations going on in this community is sure to be a winner. We cannot wait until they are completed. Greatly appreciate the office and maintenance staff for the continuing efforts being put forth. The transition of implementing parking stickers, getting rid of unwanted residents who cause trouble is a blessing.
