D.K. Boos Glass was so helpful in guiding me through my process on what kind of window to install, and then the actual process of measuring and installing was on-time and problem free. Very professional work. I highly recommend this company.

He came in a timely manner, did his job well and left within an hour. He also gave us some advice about the type of skylite we purchased 13 years ago. We would be happy to recommend him and if we have any trouble in the future with any of our glass needs, we will call them.

Under the emergency circumstances of experiencing a break-in @ our business, D.K. Boos fulfilled their obligation to our expectation. I was disappointed in the lack of compassion & customer service that the laborers had towards the situation, but the office staff seemed to take notice. They may have been overbooked to begin with that day so our emergency was an inconvenience-who knows? They were able to replace the window the following week & everyone went on their merry way.
