Usually really like this place, but today was terrible. Unorganized, unenthused employees did a half-ass job making mediocre food. Very rude!

Very unorganized. They hand out numbers when you order but they decided we didn't get a number. No surprise when the wait staff then has to go table to table asking what you had ordered! My wife's food came out five minutes before mine, luckily she eats slower. I had a server attempt to give us the wrong food twice, unorganized is the best way to describe my experience. It will be a while before we go back!
They need to reassess the change they have done to the chicken breasts they use. Terrible. Dry like cardboard and absolutely tasteless. This place was staple for us. No more.
The last 2 times I have been there, it took 20-25 minutes for my to arrive. The first time I was given a coupon for my wait, but tonight it was thrown on the table in front of me. It came after everyone else at my table had finished eating. There is also no place to sit an infant carrier like a sling or high chair turned upside down. This is a minor inconvenience, but it's making it an easier decision to not go back.
