RecommendedEaten a lot of good barbecue but this small owner operated restaurant is awesome! Chicken cooked perfectly and moist and tender. Great brisket and pulled pork. LOVED the corn casserole ( not for the diet conscious). Have to say that this place beats out Smoque in Chicago.....and that's saying a lot. If you r going to ST Louis take a detour to Edwardsville. Worth it!!!!
