This place knows how to take care of their customers! Nothing but courteous and pleasant staff. Not to mention the food is out of this world. Fall off the bone is an understatement! All 3 side items I ordered well nothing short of perfection. Doc himself checked on us and our food. Needless to say, I will for sure be bringing my hard earned money back to spend. The best bbq I have ever eaten. In my life terrific service
I'm a KC girl so I know good BBQ. Dropped in at Doc's yesterday and had the ribs and brisket...they were both amazing!!! Brisket was melt in your mouth delicious and the ribs were so tender and meaty, they just fell off the bone. My next trip to Edwardsville will include at stop at Doc's!!!
Best brisket and sides that I have experienced here in the metro east. Went today to try out the brisket and going back again tomorrow. Coleslaw was great except no one can beat KFC's coleslaw. French Fries were hot and just the way I like them (I ordered them naked). Recommend this place to all. Going to try their pork steak next. It's got to be Goooooood!
It was the best food I've had in a long time! Plus, the staff and service was fabulous!
