RecommendedThere are tons of great BBQ restaurants in the St. Louis area. My family lives in the Edwardsville area and when I would visit for years I would have to go all the way into the city for quality BBQ because no where in Edwardsville quite made the cut. Pappy's, Bogart's, The Shaved Duck, Sugarfire Smokehouse. All quality, but all so far away. Now that Doc's has opened that has all changed. The main courses and side dishes are all great. RecommendedWe went here for the first time today. It surpassed our expectations!! We had the Ribs, Turkey & Brisket. Everything was so tender, juicy and flavorful. The Turkey especially was very juicy. The signature BBQ sauces were also delicious. The waitresses were very sweet, the place itself was decorated nicely and the bathroom was very clean. I think an expansion or relocation is in your future because you know your BBQ. Well done! We will be back to get another taste.
