RecommendedOutstanding Bbq and service!!! Best in the area!
We went here for the first time today. It surpassed our expectations!! We had the Ribs, Turkey & Brisket. Everything was so tender, juicy and flavorful. The Turkey especially was very juicy. The signature BBQ sauces were also delicious. The waitresses were very sweet, the place itself was decorated nicely and the bathroom was very clean. I think an expansion or relocation is in your future because you know your BBQ. Well done! We will be back to get another taste.
The food was awesome. It was very hot temperature wise inside the restaurant though, almost sweaty hot. If you can get past that it's worth it.
Every time I stop in I am amazed at the choices and quality. The best BBQ in 9 states!!!
My neighbor has been telling me about Doc's for a couple of weeks. Have been there three times this week. Words do not tell you how good it really is. This is the BEST. And the service was excellent. Thank you Sue for the Coconut Creme Pie, it made for a great desert late that evening.
Everything I have had has been EXCELLENT!!!
Very good food. Sauces were great. The owners talked to us about our meal and the chef (Doc) let us sample a pig wing. I'd go all the time if I didn't live so far. Bring your BBQ to South City! The corn casserole is delicious too. My onion rings were crispy. Amazing! My only complaint is the paper underneath the food. I kept cutting into it. I needed a sharper knife or no paper.
