This was my first time at this urgent care, wasn’t expecting to even be there. But I had to find out why I had a lingering cough after having been sick a week prior. From the front desk to the medical room, the staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Nathanael’s experience shines in his friendly conversation with you, and he treats you like a familiar face, while maintaining professionalism. My prescription was ready same day at my pharmacy of choice. Fast, proficient, and friendly. 5 stars
I came in feeling my absolute worse. The wait time in the lobby was about thirty minutes at best. The medical technician took my vitals. Not long after the Doctor was in the room. Showing interest of concern and providing his professional advise in his area of expertise. My experience with Doctors Urgent Care was pleasant and comfortable. The entire staff was truly kind. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nathaniel and This Urgent Care....!! I recently went to "Urgent Care" for severe pain going down my arm, neck and head...I hadn't really slept for 48 hours...They got me in on a Saturday...with a very small wait time. Dr. Nathaniel is very pleasant , caring and patient...He put me on two medications and by that afternoon the pain was beginning to ease...By that evening the pain was minimal...It have been 5 days on medication and my pain is completely gone....He is wonderful...and so ... read more
My experience has always been wonderful coming to this location as the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I have had to visit multiple times this past month, and have had the best care by the PAs, Doctors and Staff. They are attentive to all your concerns and take time to make sure all your questions are answered. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows!
I went to this urgent care on recommendation from my husband, and I can confidently say that I will regularly attend this urgent care from now on. All of the staff members were very polite and welcoming. The PA who treated me, Nathaniel Lambie, was excellent. He listened intently to my condition, and gave me a very thorough check-up in concern for my well-being. I felt very safe and cared-for. I strongly recommend this urgent care.
