I have a couple of pups that I take here, and they get treated very well. The staff is sweet the place is great. I am grateful for the reminders. So happy to have them in my neighborhood now. They love have compassion.
Rude front staff. Saying my cat was old and it should be expected that she have medical issues and/or be expected to die is pretty messed up. Spent a lot of $$ on blood work and ultrasound and useless precious time trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat. Got a second opinion here with Dr. Harper, but I feel like it was too late. Took my cat here literally the day she died and Dr. Harper didn't advise that euthanasia should be considered ASAP. Just gave medication and charged $250. We have been taking our Mal-shi here for over 3 years now. The Dr is really helpful and curtious. The staff is friendly and very informative. They all seem to enjoy their jobs. We are so pleased with how they handle our pet she has stayed over a weekend while we traveled. This clinic get really busy so dont expect instant service. I highyl suggest this clinic for any pet parents.
Third time here. All have been good experiences. This time was for annual check up for Odin. Also I was concerned about my dogs hips. Vet did a thorough exam. Vet techs are so nice. And can tell they love animals.
We stopped at the office to get information and pricing on vaccines. Jerry at the front desk was very patient and informative with the many questions we had. We were able to get an appointment the same afternoon. The wait to be seen was not long, the facility is nice and clean.
