RecommendedMy cat Binx had been having blocking problems with his urethra. I called on a Saturday and asked them if they would do emergency surgery on Binx. Binx is just a little over a year old. He is a black cat with a white angel wing. I call him my angel cat my snuggle bug. He loves to climb up on mom on the couch and get petted he purrs and purrs. I got him at the Dubuque Humane Society. Anyway the Doctor did surgery on Binx after hours on Saturday night. Binx is doing great he is still there healing. His urethra was kinda damaged... read more

RecommendedOn Monday, the 23rd, I took our 6 month old puppy to DVS to be spayed. The entire process was well documented and explained. I appreciated the email with instructions for operation prep, pricing, and disclosures. The price was discussed so there were no surprises. The biggest problem has been trying to keep a young, active pup under restricted exercise - she has been back to herself since two days after the surgery! Wonderful care and expertise at DVS will keep us coming back.
