Coo has been there twice now, she seems to like it. Im comfortable with their routine. Yes I recommend them, and Coo will go back next week. Thanks guys! The staff is very friendly as well.
We have been going to this location for several years, there were times our female would come home smelling of urine and require a bath, but we just handled it. Lately it's impossible to get a hold of anyone and they don't respond to email reservations. We attributed it to regrouping after COVID. I called yesterday and left a message as well as submitting an email requesting BOARDING and grooming for next week. I received a very confusing text and then a phone call and was told they just decided last night not to do daycare... read more

We recently boarded our three dogs here - they were UNREACHABLE - many phone messages left with no response and also the promised photos emailed never happened! The dogs came home much more traumatized that other facilities, starving hungry. The grooming/baths were haphazard also. Sorry to say we will never return!
