I would recommend dogs and cats vet ER to anyone. Our dog Mattie suddenly lost control of her left leg and brought her in. They took Mattie's history immediately and took her back for testing. We did not have to wait long to talk to the vet dr. Doyle who was fabulous. She explained what she thought was going on, potential diagnostic tests, prognosis and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They are excellent staff, but if you dont have enough money in that moment dont bother because they dont care. Not even a payment plan.
They are very nice and keep you very informed. It is expensive and some of the expenses I do not understand why it's so costly. And MRI for a kitten barely a pound costing more than my MRI makes absolutely no sense to me. BUT, they are nice, helpful and try to assist you in any way they can. They are a caring and compassionate group of people. I'd recommend them during an emergency just be prepared financially to handle all it may entail.
The absolute best! Staff was supportive and helpful. They took the time to do a full evaluation, explain everything to me, and provide outstanding treatment.

We took a very ill member of our family here on New Year's Eve. The staff were all very professional, caring and empathetic. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Will, but the staff did everything they could to make it less painful. I hope to never have to take a pet to vet ER again, but if I need to, it's nice to know that there is such a nice place available.
