About Dogwood Canyon Nature Park "Promote and protect the natural environment of the canyon’s wildlife and plant life." Aside from a few amenities to make Dogwood Canyon Nature Park more accessible to our guests, the rugged landscape has been left untouched and, with just a little imagination, you can travel back to a time when European settlers first entered the area or, even further, to explore the mark that Native Americans left on these Missouri hills and hollows. This was my second trip to Dogwood Canyon, and our tram driver Nancy was fantastic. The canyon is beautiful and so peaceful. The food was delicious and our waitress was awesome. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the hostess was not helpful.
We just visited Dogwood Canyon and while we were impressed with the scenic beauty. We were shocked to see the prices were so high for a Non- Profit location. A man paid a largd sum of money so that his 3 young children could fish for one hour. Why not promote the sport and give children under 10 fish for free? Maybe it was the time of the year, but there weren't many staff members around and those who were didnt seem to want to engage with visitors?

Loved Dogwood Canyon. What a beautiful place. The waterfalls and scenery are amazing. Our tram guide James was so knowledgeable and made sure everyone on the tram had a great time. The bison, elk, deer and longhorns were interesting too.
Great scenery. My only complaint is our tour guides political comments. I visit places like this to get away from derogatory comments not be hit with them during the tour.
