New Dolly's restaurant on Beechmont that replaced Frishes. Decor is the same. There was plenty of help - servers, cooks and managers. Menu was greatly expanded to include lots of new breakfast and dinner items . My Swiss Miss was excellent. Onion rings were crunchy but were not warm enough. My husband's burger was good but had a different sauce than the tartare sauce we are use to being on the sandwich. Server was pleasant and prompt. The food was Excellent. The portions were huge (I ate it, then thought dang i should have taken a pic of my food). The service was amazing (thank you Helen with the spiked hair!) And Helen was so nice and entertaining. Now that's a woman who Loves her job, and it shows Everything was clean and welcoming looking. What we went in for was the hopes of a family restaurant exactly like it used to be, but they overachieved that with portion size, taste and service. Well Done!

Went thru the drive thru. Took forever to get my food. Asked for no pickle on my cheeseburger and got 2. Fries were close to burnt. Food was subpar. I won't go back.
We had a party of 4. 3 out of 4 got a philly cheesesteak. The food was cold not good tasting. Got a salad bar. Lettuce wasnt even good the soup looked as if it sat all day without getting stired. I did send mine back got a burger the one with red relish. But - The red relish. It was nice n hot. But before I left i was vommiting in the bathroom. Terrible experience.
Service was horrible. Slow, inattentive. Food was bland and poorly prepared. Decor was shabby and place was dirty. Don't waste your time.
Went to Dollys in Anderson this morning. The breakfast bar was empty and according to my wife the lady' s bathroom was filthy. We left.
The Blue Ash location needs to be shutdown. Stale buns hard as a rock, coagulated hard salad dressing on the bar with brown lettuce, fries cooked in filthy oil. Cheese steak steak hard and burnt.
We were curious to see how Dolly's compared to Frisch's. The experience was less than impressive. The salad bar has very little on it. The broccoli & ham soup was thick, flavorless and had zero traces of ham. They also had Canadian cheese soup. It was, in a word, horrific!
