Well we tried to eat at dolly's but we couldn't get to the window to pay. We sat for 35 minutes in the drive thru after ordering with only one vehicle ahead of us the entire time. When we pulled away finally still hungry and en route to mcdonalds, the 3 cars waiting behind us left also. To be honest we won't try to eat here again.

My impressions. I was seated and no one waited on me. Moved to counter so someone would. Placed order and 20 to 25 minutes later received my simple order for burger and fries. Waitress was nice. But I will never go back. Food and management need great improvement. I would rather go somewhere else next time.

This supposed to be Frisch's 2.0, or something like that. Though this is a valiant effort to preserve a Cincinnati tradition, this is not it. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The setup is still Frisch's-esque, but that's where the similarities end. I had the breakfast bar...$13, and it was barely mediocre. Eggs about the same as Frisch's, bacon, goetta, sausage and potatoes were all very greasy. The gravy was relatively tasteless...even after a heavy dose of salt and pepper. Our 1st time at this restaurant,terrible.Food quality was terrible,signature burger dry,charged us .50 extra for mayo.Fish sandwich,fish was great,but tarter sauce,had no taste.French frys terrible.Ask for lemon ade,was tolled no refills.Got Hot fudge cake,tasted good,but brought to us on a plate,looked like slop on a plate.Over all,Quality was terrible.To expensive,and they charged us extra for mayo.30 dollars for 2 sandwich,2 French fry and a Hot fudge cake,no drinks,ice water.(we don't drink Pepsi drinks) we can go to any... read more

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was ok. The food is absolutely wretched. The burger buns are dried out to a point that they fall apart when you pick them up, the corned beef on the rubens was dry, and the veggies in the salad bar were wilty. They're trying to be like Frisch's, but they are coming up way short. Their restaurant started out strong when they first opened but have definitely taken a nose dive off a cliff. Epically terrible.

I got chicken tenders and fries. the fries were really good and the drink was good but the chicken was bad. when I split It in half it was pink in some spots and it made my stomache hurt. I feel like I'm going to puke. the waiters were wonderful they were nice and helpful.

Nice try Dollys but You have already shown me that you won't be around long. I tried to patronize your Beechmont location but never got any food. The manager and the drive thru associate both appeared to be on something, they either can't hear or can't understand English and can even get a simple order of two (big boys) and fries. Hang it up Dolly, You definitely aren't Frischs.....I will not be back.

An expensive and disappointing Frisch's knockoff. Don't expect the Cincinnati staple.. The tarter sauce tasted like mostly mayo, onion powder and a little pickle. Not really sure what is going on here. They slapped a cardboard "Dolly" on the wall over the Big Boy but otherwise it looks the same. They didn't remodel or clean much as evident by the filthy ceiling tiles. This isn't Frisch's and it is surrounded by better options. Although the service was fine, I wouldn't go back.

Dolly's in Anderson... don't waste your time or money. The food is worse than Frischs by far. The service was horrible and we waited 40 mins. to get our food. Total disappointment. Same dirty floor and tables. The only saving grace from this experience was that I didn't use the bathroom. I could only imagine!!!
