Verified Renter The Dominion was the perfect match for me. Close to the college, reasonable rent, easy move in process. As a newly renovated building, everything is new. I really like the kitchen appliances and in unit washer and dryer! I appreciate the flexibility of lease terms.

Verified Renter Kidest & Abie have been fantastic! the whole process from initial inquiry call to the day I moved in was very smooth. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Issues will always arise, such is life, however its how these issues are addressed is what really counts. Again, the staff and the renovations of the building has been an exceptional experience.

Of course as a newly remodeled property (or any other), therell always be minor issues here and there but its how they are addressed is what really matters. You couldnt have a better team (Kidest, Abie & Ricardo) opening and running the apartment building. Fantastic team!!! IB
Verified Renter Dominion needs to fix air conditioning units when they are broken instead of pretending that there is no issue. They literally come in with a device and try to "educate," you how it works because they think tenants are too dumb to spot a broken air conditioner. When something works properly I don't need intimate knowledge of how it works, I should just need to turn it on. This place is just super cheap when it comes to fixing stuff.
management sucks not recommended !!! about 5 to 10 apts moved from this community because of management . the new manager byron bills you for whatever he likes to . very low customer service .
Verified Renter The apartments are not worth the pricing, its not close to Ballston, and the quality is not outstanding, along with the customer service which is less than satisfactory.
Management is incompetent So many issues because of poor management, probably related to mgmt no longer caring about residents due to impending eviction of residents and redevelopment, but the latest disaster is the lack of coverage for the pool, the one amenity that was available and made summers tolerable. No life guard on the weekend, when everyone wants to use the pool, is inexcusable.
