This management company is wonderful. They are extremely attentive to the needs of tenants. I had an extremely unpleasant situation with a neighbor, and they did everything they possibly could to help make the situation better. The icing on the cake is that my fridge stopped working in the middle of the polar vortex... yet only 3 hours later, I had a new fridge! I will likely be leaving my studio apartment, but wherever I go next, I’m first and foremost going to be looking at Dominion Properties!
I would recommend Dominion Properties to anyone, they have been a pleasure to work with! My apartment was clean when I moved in, any minor service requests were completed quickly (and by quickly, I mean usually the next day!), and each time they checked to make sure I was happy with the service. I couldn't be happier with the office staff, they respond to my e-mails in a timely and friendly manner. Nothing but great things to say.

I'm writing this review at an interesting time: as I try to break my second lease at Sage on Jackson to move into a 1BR elsewhere. Their leases are hard to get out of (no buyout option), but despite the difficulties, I've been so pleased with how the staff is trying to help me make my situation work. I feel like they look at me as a person, not just a tenant. They're probably one of the best landlord companies I've had in years.
